Our villa is located in Çiftlik Mevkii, known for its central location and natural surroundings in Fethiye. Its proximity to beaches such as Çalış Beach and Akmaz Cove and the peace it offers when you retreat to your home provide guests with an exceptional experience.
Because the villa is located in nature, there may be the possibility of finding butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area, which is perfectly normal. The villa has a capacity of 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and a jacuzzi. There is an open kitchen and a private pool in the garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, toaster and almost all the necessary utensils. There is also a children's pool in addition to the private pool in the garden. Barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas provide unlimited garden enjoyment. The living room has a seating area, TV, and furniture, and there is separate air conditioning for all rooms.
Extras: The villa is delivered to guests in a clean state and cleaned once at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linens and towels are also changed during these cleanings.
Important Information: Electric, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price, and no extra fee is requested. Additional cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guide services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All of our villas with natural surroundings are regularly treated with pesticides. Nevertheless, there may be the possibility of finding butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the area. Periodic infrastructure work may be carried out in the regions where our villas are located. As a result of this work, road work, electricity and water cuts may occur.
